After the phone May 23 registration for the May low-cost cat spay/neuter clinic, the remainder of 2022 registrations will return to IN PERSON. They will take place from 6:30 pm-8 pm, either at the Soil & Water Conference Room, Fairgrounds, or at the Library Meeting Room off of Walnut Street.
